From commercial gyms, to heated mat Pilates studios, small-scale functional movement gyms, outdoor fitness classes, luxury retreat strength and mobility sessions, to starting my own business — I’ve worked with a massive range of clients to improve strength, mobility, confidence, and overall health.
Beginning my career in a commercial gym environment meant that I was exposed to a full variety of clients - all ages and a huge variety of training goals. Everything from young athletes wanting to excel in their sport, to clients coming back from knee/hip surgery and rehab, to mums wanting to get their health back during/after menopause.
When I transitioned into starting my own business I wanted to prioritise my learning and coaching into functional movement. Cue the mat and reformer pilates era. Since the pilates study, I have a deep appreciation for how hard we can make exercise purely using our own bodyweight! My training with my clients now incorporates aspects of all my training experience and study with a focus to build strength, improve mobility + posture, and move confidently!

PRICING
1:1 PT SESSION - 60 minutes = $80
2:1 TRAINING SESSION - 60 minutes = $65pp
SMALL GROUP (3-4P) - 60 minutes = $50pp

I offer mobile personal training on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
I train most of my clients in their home with a combination of their equipment and my own.
Option to train at a local park/beach is also available if you prefer to train outdoors.
