Build surf-specific strength, mobility, and endurance to boost your paddle power, pop-up speed, and injury resilience. Train smart on land to feel stronger in the surf. All levels welcome.


Over 50s Movement & Mobility

6-7am Thursdays at Newport Surf Club (upstairs).

Join our fun and supportive mat Pilates class designed for adults 50+. Improve your mobility, build strength, support rehab, and connect with a friendly new group of like-minded locals. Low-impact, bodyweight-based, and suitable for all fitness levels. Move better, feel stronger, and enjoy every session by the sea!
